The Derby Swim Club

The Derby Swim Club provides an opportunity for children of the Derby area community to participate in a competitive swimming program during the summer months. Swim practice with a coach is provided during the winter months.
 
Online Registration Form Instructions
Please print these Instructions

 

  1. From http://www.derbyswimclub.org/ click "Register and Pay Online"

  2. Complete the Swimmer and Parent Registration Form

  3. Complete all fields for up to three swimmers.

  4. When you click the Submit button, you will be directed to the Payment page.

  5. Click the Pay Now button for Swimmer Registration. ($150 per swimmer)

  6. You will be directed to a shopping cart page.

  7. If it does not show what you have chosen (one swimmer) then you can click the REMOVE checkbox and then click Update Cart. Then you would click "Continue Shopping".

  8. If you need to pay for an additional swimmer, or add insurance, click the "Continue Shopping" button.

  9. Once your shopping cart shows the correct items (swimmers and insurance if necessary), click Secure Checkout.

  10. Your order will be calculated.

  11. If you want to use a credit card or electronic check, choose the button for "do not currently have a PayPal account". You can they pay by entering billing and credit card information. If you have a PayPal account, you will be prompted to login.
